The cylinder liner process workshop covers an area of more than 900 square metres. It owns 50 sets of machines. They mainly produce the 65-135mm diameter for all kinds of farm machinery, automobile and etc. and can produce more than 1 million PCs of cylinder liners every kind every year. They imported the advanced installation for manufacturing and examination and open up successfully the laser quench Cylinder Liner that they can make the Cylinder Liner more high-intersity and more high –concertrated with the laser treatment, and improve the endurance, lenthens the time for use, reduce the oil expense.
The casting workshop owns two producing lines, More than 20 sets of moulding machines and 5 smelting machines, including electric-arc stove, Cupola, intermediate frequency stove and industry frequency stove. The area reaches over 2000 square metres. They can produce single-body of alloy cast iron piston rings and alloy-modular cast iron piston rings. The annual capability of producing single-body rings and canister-body rings reaches 5 million PCs and 20 million PCs respectively.
The chrome-plating shop mainly takes charge of surface plating for the rings. It covers more than 2000 square metres. Owns 3 nation-advanced auto control production lines for chrome plating. It can do chrome-plating to every kind of steel, Alloy-nodular, Alloy cast iron piston rings. The annual chrome-plating capability reaches over 12 million PCs, With a diameter form 40 to 150MM.
